i <br />NINETEENTH. <br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son, John L.Johnson, Jr., as executor of this Will hereby <br />i <br />granting him full power to sell and convey real estate, and direct that the Probate Court shall <br />I <br />permit him to serve without bond and receive the sum of Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for such <br />i <br />services, but in case of his death, incapacity, or failure to serve, that any one else appointed <br />by the Probate Court as administrator with will annexed shall give the bond as by law'required <br />and receive the sum of Three Hundred dollars ($300.00) for such services. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand to this my last will and testament, consisting <br />.of three pages, with my name subscribed on each page, this 22nd day of May A:D. 1911.- <br />WITNESSES,- John L.Johnson. <br />Bayard H. I, J.H.Mullin, County Judge in and <br />for said County, do hereby certify that on the 8th day of July A.D.1911, the instrument purport <br />ing to be the last will and testament of John L.Johnson deceased was filed for probate in this <br />Court. That on the the first day of August A.D. 1911, said instrument to which this is attached <br />was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said John L. Johnson, deceased, and after <br />a full examination of said report the Court finds that the same is correct in all respects and <br />ought to be approved; that the said executor has accounted for all of the estate of deceased <br />which came into his hands and that there remains nothing in his possession for distribution. <br />i <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said John L.Johnson, deceased, of <br />the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed <br />for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said John L.Johnson, deceased, <br />;not so filed, if any such there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded. <br />iIt is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of John L.Johnson, Jr., executor, <br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed by the court as and for his final account. <br />
