<br />In The County Court of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />In the matter of the estate of )
<br />Final Decree.
<br />Christopher C.Demary,deceased, )
<br />Now on this 1st day of October,1914,this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of S.C.Huston,administrator of the estate of Christopher C.Demary,deceased,and the court
<br />being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been`:given to all per-
<br />sons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon the final report
<br />,of the said S.C.Huston as such administrator,as heretofore ordered by the court and as provided
<br />by law,and the court having examined said report and the prose's on file finds that said report
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said administrator.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of the said Christopher C.Demary,deceased,and
<br />that the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate:
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting the same against said estate;that
<br />the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administration have been fully paid and
<br />that nothing remains in the hands of said administrator belonging to said estate.
<br />It is,therefore,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that the said report of the said S.C.
<br />Hustor!,as such a.dministrator,be and the same hereby is allowed and approved as and for his final
<br />report,said administrator is discharged and his bond released;that all persons,holding claims
<br />against the estate of the said Christopher C.Demary,deceased,are forever excluded,barred and en-
<br />joined from setting up or asserting ant claim against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Christopher C.Demary died,intestate,on the 4th day of June,
<br />1913,and that at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County,Nebraska;that the said
<br />Christopher C.Demary left surviving him as his neirs at law and his dole and only heirs at law
<br />the following named persons; Olive 14.Demary,surviving widow,and mother of all the children of
<br />the said Christopher C.Demary;Clara E.Cook;Flora Hill and Pearl Hull,daughtere,and Walter Demary,
<br />Arthur Demary and Thomas W.Demary,sons.
<br />The court further fines that the said Christopher C.Demary died seized as the owner In-fee sim-
<br />ple of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,.
<br />towit:Lot Two (2),in Block Twenty Seven (27),of the original town,now city,of Grand Island,to --
<br />gether with the buildings situated thereon,ar_d that said real estate,by operation of law,did,
<br />upon the death of the said Christopher C.Demary,pass and descend by absolute title to the said
<br />Olive 1,T.Demary,Clara E.Cook,Flora Hill,Pearl•Hull,Walter Demary,Arthur Demary and Thomas W.Demaiy
<br />in the following proportions:To olive M.Demary,an undivided one third;and to Clara E.0ook,Flora
<br />Hill,Pear 1 Hull,Walter Demary,Artbur Demary and Thomas W.Demary,each an undivided one ninth.
<br />it is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that,upon the death of the said Christ-
<br />opher C.Demary,the real estate hereinbef ore described did pass and descend,by operation of law,
