<br />Now on this 5th day of October,1914,it appearing to the court that all persons interested
<br />in the estate of Dohrette Hengen,deceased,have entered their voluntary ,,Appearance and waived fur-,
<br />ther notice,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Loulse E.}iengen,executrix of
<br />j
<br />the last will and testament of Dohrette Hengen,deceased.
<br />After a full exami- nation of said report,the court being fully advised in the premises,finds that
<br />said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />account of said executrix.
<br />The court finds that said executrix has accounted for all of the estate which came into her poss-
<br />i
<br />ession and that there remains nothing; in her hands for distribution;that she has paid the debts
<br />allowed against said estate as well as the legacies under the will and the costs of administratiot;
<br />that due notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place appointed for filing
<br />claims against said estate;that the time limited for filing claims has fully expire6;that all j
<br />I
<br />claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid;that all claims outstanding against
<br />the said Dohrette Hengen not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the court that the report of Louise E.Hengen,executrix,be
<br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.

<br />It is considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or sett
<br />tang up any claims against said estate and that the said estate is fully settled and closed. j
<br />The court finds that the said Dohrette Hengen departed this life on the 7th day of February,1914,
<br />i
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 4th i
<br />day of march,1914.
<br />The court finds that the said Dohrette Hengen was at the time of her death,the owner of an undiv
<br />i
<br />ided one - third interest in the following described real estate,situate in the County of Hall and
<br />State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />commencing at a point twenty -three and one -half rods north of a point thirty -three feet east of
<br />the south -west corner of Section Fifteen,in Township Eleven,in Range Nine,west of the 6th P.M.,
<br />thence from said first named point (said point being in the east boundary line of the County Road
<br />adjoinin.g)running North along the east boundary line of said road,for a distance of ten rods,
<br />thence east at right angles witn said east boundary line of said road for a distance of Sixteen
<br />rods,thence south parallel with said East line of said road for a distance of ten rods,and thence
<br />west to the place of beginning for a distance of sixteen rods,containing one acre,more or less.
<br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament all of the
<br />Interest of the said Dohrette Hengen in said real entate,did pass and descend at her death to her
<br />daughter,Louise E.Hengen,in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the interest of the said Dohrette Henge:
<br />in and to the real estate above described,did pass and descend at her death by virtue of the pro-
<br />visions of rier last will and testament to Louise E.Hengen,her daughter,to have and to hold to her
<br />and her heirs and assigns forever.
