<br />I,Katharina Kraft,of the City of Grand Island,in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,being
<br />of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby make public and declare this to be my last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made.
<br />First,I direct that my funeral charges,the expenses of administering my estate and all my debts
<br />be paid out of my personal property.If that be insufficient,I authorize my executor,hereafter
<br />named,to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second,I give and bequeath and devise to my daughter,Caroline Pauly,all the real estate of which
<br />I shall die possessed,to:_have and to hold the same to her and to her heirs fatever.
<br />Third,I give and bequeath to my daughter,Caroline Pauly,all my household furniture and all the'
<br />rest of my personal property,after paying therefrom the above mentioned items,to be hers for-
<br />ever.
<br />Fourth,I hereby appoint Wilhelm Scheffel of Grand Island,Nebraska,the sole executor of this my
<br />last will and testament.
