<br />name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us,and declared at the
<br />same time in our presence and hearing that this instrument was his last will and Testament and

<br />testament of Julius Fisher was duly proved before me IA,T.Garlow County Judge of said county ac-
<br />cording to law,as the last will and testament of the Real and personal estate of said deceased,
<br />and the same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.
<br />In testimony whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and official seal the day and year above writ-

<br />Now on this 13th day of July,1914,this cause came on for hearing upon the re-
<br />port of ottilie Fischer,executrix of the last will and testament of Julius Fischer,deceased,it
<br />appearing that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have entered their voluntary
<br />appearance,waiving further notice and approving said report.
<br />After, a full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct and ought to be all
<br />owed.It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Ottilie Fischer,ex-
<br />ecutrix,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />The court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of the said Julius Fischer,deceased,
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time lim-
<br />ited for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied;that all claims outstanding against said Julius Fischer,deceased,no�
<br />filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded. i
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all personts are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Julius Fischer,deceased,and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />The Court finds that the said Julius Fischer departed this life on the 11th day of December,1895,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,leaving a last will and test - I
<br />cement 1,ihich instrument was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 24th day
<br />of January,1396.
<br />The Court finds that the said Julius Fischer was at the time of his death the owner of the follo*-
<br />ing described real estate situate in the County of Ball and State of Nebraska,to -wit;

<br />The west one -half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -two (22) and the South -west Quarte#
<br />of the South west quarter of Section Fifteen (15 ),all in Township Eleven (11),North of Range Ten.!
<br />(10 ),west of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all oft
<br />said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of tee testator to Ottilie
<br />I
<br />Fischer,his widow,to have and enjoy same while she may live,and with full power and authority to
<br />encumber it by mortgage or other liens,also to sell and convey same.
<br />Vie Court finds that the said Julius Fischer left him surviving as his legal heirs and legatees,!
