STATIONERY; OMKHG <br />evidence,on consideration whereof,the Court finds that the plaintiff at the time of filing her <br />petition had been a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than five years immediately prec- <br />eding the same and was at that time a bona fide resident of this County of Hall,and that the par- <br />ties hereto were married at Clay Center,Nebraska on the 6th day of November,1900,as in said pet- <br />ition set forth. <br />The Court further finds that the said defendant disregarding his marital duties and obligations <br />has been guilty of- -great and extreme cruelty towards the plaintiff and their children in that he <br />threatened them with bodily harm;that although being a stout able bodied man has grossly,wantonly <br />and cruelly refused and neglected to provide smitable maintenace for the plaintiff and their said <br />children,all as alleged in the plaintiff's petition and that by reason thereof she is entitled <br />to a divorce as prayed for. <br />The Court further finds that the issue of the said marriage between the parties hereto are three <br />children to- wit: -Earl L.Long,age 12;Lyle Long,age 10;and Violet Long,age g and that the plaintiff <br />is entitled to their care and custody as prayed for in her petition. <br />The Court further finds that the plaintiff is the owner of Lots nine (9) and ten (10) in Block <br />Eleven (11) in Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and that the title <br />to said premises should be ug ited in her. <br />It is therefore,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that the marriage contract heretofore <br />existing between the said Cora 14.Long and Alvin Long,be,and the same is hereby dissolved and both <br />parties are released from the obligations of the same, said decree to take effect and to be in <br />force six (6) iponths from this date,to- wit:- Ilarch 1+,1915 unless set aside or appealed from. <br />It is further ordered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff be and she hereby is confided' <br />the c;are,custody,control and education of Earl L.Long,Lyle Long and Violet Long,children of the <br />parties hereto,and the said defendant is hereby enjoined from in any manner interfering with the' <br />said children or with the plaintiff in her custody of them until the further order of this Court, <br />it is further ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the title to Lots (9) and Ten (10) <br />in Block Eleven (11) in Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebraska, <br />be,and tie same is hereby quieted in the plaintiff,Cora M.Long,and the said defendant,Alvin Long, <br />and his heirs and assigns are forever enjoined from having or claiming to have any right,title, <br />or interest in and to the same,or any part thereof,and from in any manner interfering with the <br />plaintiff or the said children with her quiet and _peaceah.le enjoyment of her said property. <br />It is further considered by the Court that the plaintiff pay the costs of this action taxed in <br />the sum of # 11,75. <br />James R.Hanna <br />Judge of the District Court. <br />State of Nebraska, <br />:ss <br />County of 4all ( I,Fred C.Langman Clerk of the District Court within and for <br />said County and State,do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of the Decree in <br />the case of Cora PIT.Long vs. Alvin Long filed by said Court of the 14th day of September A.D. <br />1914 wit-!,i. the original filed in my office and that the same is a correct transcript thereof,and <br />of the whole of said original. <br />In Testimony Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the official seal of <br />said Court,at the City of Grand Island,this loth day of Spptember A.D.,1914. <br />_ Fred C.Langman <br />(SEAL) Clerk of the District Court. <br />By Deputy. <br />Filed for record on the 191, day of September,1914 at 10 o'clock A.M. <br />Register �oiDeeds��� <br />
