<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all creditors &f the time allowed and place

<br />appointed for presenting claims against said estate;that said time has fully expired;that no
<br />claims or demands of any nature were filed.
<br />It is therefore considered that all claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed
<br />by former order of this Court are forever barred.
<br />The Court finds that the said Peter N.Hermann was at the time of his death the owner of the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:

<br />Lot One (1),Block Four (4),in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,and that under the
<br />terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Peter N.Hermann,heretofore duly
<br />admitted to probate in this Court,said above described real estate did pass and descend at his
<br />death to Sophia Hermann,wife of Henry Hermann,to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigni

<br />forever,and that the personal property described in the Inventory filed herein passed under said
<br />will to the said.Sophia Hermann.
<br />It is,therefore,further considered,that Lot One (1) in Block Four (4) in Rollins Addition to the
<br />City (-,,f Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of Peter N.Hermann,

<br />under the provisions of his last Will and Testament,to Sophia Hermann in absolute title. j
