<br />The Court finds that the said Ida E.Hauke left surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs
<br />at law,the following named persons:
<br />George I Hauke,her husband;
<br />Charles E.Taylor,her son,and
<br />Lucy Elvira masten,her daughter.
<br />The Court finds that the said Ida E.Hauke was at the time of her death the owner of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The East half of the South -west Quarter of Section 14,in Township 11,Range 12 ;that under the law
<br />of descent of the State of Nebraska said reu.l estate did descend as follows:
<br />To George I.Hauke,her husband,one fourth part thereof,in fee;
<br />To Charles E.Taylor,her son,three- eights part thereof,in. fee;
<br />To Lucy Elvira Masten,her daughter,three- eights part thereof in fee.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the East a of the S.W.4 of Section 14,
<br />in Township ll,in Range 12,in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of Ida E.Hauke,
<br />intestate,by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,as follows:
<br />part thereof to George I.Hauke,3/3 part thereof to Charles E.Taylor and 3/8 part thereof to Lucy
<br />Elvira T,Tasten all in absolute title.

<br />In the name of God,Amen: I, Hendrick W.Beers,farmer of Hall and Hamilton Counties,in the State of
<br />Nebraska,mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and disposing mem-Y
<br />ory,do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following:That is to
<br />say: -
<br />First.I direct that all iTT just debts,funeral charges and the expenses of administering my estate
<br />be first paid.
<br />Second.Not for want of appreciation,love or affection,but considering that the legal title to a
<br />portion of the property accumulated by our j61nt efforts is now in -my beloved wife,LucJmda J.Beers,
<br />no provision is made for her in this will;and I leave it to my beloved wife to say whether she
<br />will accept the terms of this will or claim her rights under the law.
<br />Third.I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Wallace D.Beers and to his heirs,and assigns
<br />the following described Real Estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit : -
