J.H.Mullin., County Judge of Hall County., Nebraska,, do hereby certify that I have compared the <br />foregoing copy of Final Decree and Last Will and Testament in the matter of the estate of <br />Joachim Friederich Detlefsen,, Deceased, with the original record theredf, now remaining in said <br />Court that the same is a correct transcript thereof., and of the whole of such original record; <br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal., which seal is hereto attached, that said <br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,, and that I am the legal <br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is <br />in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />4rand Island, this 11th day of July 1914 <br />J.H.Mullin <br />(SEAL) <br />County Judge <br />Filed for record on the 15th day of July 1914 at 2 o'clock P.M. <br />Register of Deeds <br />'i-0-0-0-0-0-0-�0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-o-oV-o-o-,.Oo--,: <br />Final Decree: - <br />In the County Court of hall County,Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the estate of <br />Final Decree* <br />Ida E.Ilauke,deceased. <br />Now on this 22nd day of July,1914,thiS cause came on for hearing <br />upon the final report of Charles E.Taylor and George I.Hauke,administrators of the estate of Ida <br />E.Hauke,deceased,it appearing to the Court that all persons interested in said estate have entered <br />their voluntary appearance and waived further notice of final settlement. <br />After -a full examination of said report the Court finds that said report is correct in all reBpec�s <br />and ought to be apprbved;that said administrators have accounted for all of the estate of said <br />deceased which came into their possession or under their control and that there remains nothing 'I <br />in their hands for distribution. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all Creclitors of the said Ida E.Hauke,deceased,of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time limited for filin� <br />claims has fully expired;that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate;that all <br />claims outstanding against the said Ida E.Hauke not so presented,if any such there be,are there- <br />fore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the report of the administrators be and <br />the same hereby is approved and allowed by the Court as and for their final account and they are <br />discharged of their trust and their bonds released. <br />It is further considered,ordered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred anal <br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ida E.Hauke, <br />deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed, <br />The Court finds that the said Ida E.Hauke,deceased,(Teparted this life on the 15th day of December <br />1913,being at that time a resident of Hall County,NebrasXa,and that she died intestate. <br />
