<br />legatees as shown by receipts filed, and that there remains nothing in�the hands of the executrix
<br />for distribution except one dollar for Heinrich Detlefsen, who cannot be located.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joachim Friederich Detlefsen was at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the west one -half of Lot Number Five (5) in Block Number-Eighty-one (81) in the original town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebrask% and that under the provisions of his last will
<br />and testament, which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court.on the 26th day of
<br />November, 1913, and recorded in this office, said real estate did pass and descend at his death to
<br />M.A DETLEFSEN, his daughter, in fee.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that Lot 5, in Block 81, in the original
<br />town, now City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of
<br />Joachim Friederich Detlefsen, under and by virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament,
<br />to Emma Detlefsen, his daughter, to have and to hold to her and to her heirs forever.

<br />I. Joachim Friedrich- Detlefsen, of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make public and declare this
<br />to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
<br />First, I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and all my debts
<br />be paid out of my personal property.

<br />Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Emma all my real estate and all my household
