OGRAPH I.NG,STATIONERY: OMAt9A <br />foregoing copy of The Final Decree in the matter of the Estate of William Heidkarnp,Deceased,with <br />the original record thereof,now remaining in said Court,that the same is a correct transcript there- <br />of,and of the whole of such original record;that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal,which <br />seal is hereto attached;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own <br />name,ani that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the <br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court at Grand <br />Island.t -als 20th day of June 1914. <br />(SEAL) <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record on the 29th day of June,1914 at 3 o'clock P.M <br />Register of Deeds. <br />- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o- o -o -o -o <br />FINAL DECREE:- �'N. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate) <br />of ) 1'INAL DECREE. <br />Ida Lassen,Deceased. ) <br />Now on this 29th day of June,1914,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Conrad Lassen,Administrator of the estate of Ida Lassen,deceased,it satisfactorily appearing to the <br />court that the said Conrad Lassen,Dora Werner and Nancy Lassen are the sole heirs at law of the <br />said Ida Lassen and that they have entered their voluntary appearance herein,waiving time and fur -_ <br />they notice,After a full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all <br />respects and ought to be allowed;that the said administrator has accounted for all of the estate <br />which came to his possession,hao paid all charges against the estate and distributed the remainder` <br />of the personal property among the persons entitled to share in the distribution and that there <br />remains nothing in his hands belonging to said estate. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors,as required by law,of the time allowed and <br />place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time limited for presenting claims <br />has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satis- <br />fied and that all claims outstanding against the said Ida Lassen,deceased,not so filed,if any such <br />+here be,are Therefore forever barred. <br />It is therefore ordered and decreed tiiat the report of Conrad Lassen,administrator,be and the same <br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever ;barred from filing <br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ida Lassen,deceased,and that.said estate <br />is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Ida Lassen departed this life,intestate,on the 15th day of Ju1y,1913, <br />leaving surviving; her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law,Conrad Lassen,4er husband,and <br />Dora, C.Werner and Nancy Lassen,her daughters. <br />The Court finds that the said Ida Lassen was at the time of her death the owner of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to- wit:The East half of <br />the South -west Quarter and the West half of the South -east Quarter of Section 35,Township 11, <br />Range 10;The West half of the North -east Quarter of the North -east quarter of Section 2,Township <br />10,Range 10 and the west half of Lot 7 in Section 9,Township 10,in Range 9. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska said real <br />estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Ida Lassen,intestate,in the manner following; <br />To Conrad Lassen one -third part thereof; <br />To Dora C.Werner one -third part thereof; <br />1 <br />
