<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />( FINAL DECREE
<br />Frank C.Strickler, deceased.
<br />Now on this 9th day of March,1914,this matter came on for hearing upon the petition of Lydia V.
<br />Stricklerexecutrix of the will and estate of the said Frank C.Strickler deceased,praying for the
<br />allowance of her report on file,for an assignment of the residue of said estate and for her dis-
<br />charge from said trust.From proofs on file the court finds that due notice has been given of the
<br />time and place of this hearing as required by law and the former order of this court;that no ob-
<br />jections have been filed to laid petition for discharge;all persons being before the court,on
<br />consideration whereof the court finds:
<br />1. That said Frank C.Strickler departed this life on the 13th day of llarch,1913,in Clay County,
<br />Nebraska,testate,leaving surviving him as his sole heirs at law and next of kin,the following
<br />persons,his widow,Lydia V.Strickler,and Adda L.Strickler,a daughter,aged nine years.That the
<br />said Frank C.Strickler left no other children nor the children ofany deceased child him surviving.
<br />2. That on the 10th day of May,1913,the last will and testament of said deceased was duly proved
<br />in said court,allowed and admitted to probate as and for his last will and testament.That on the
<br />same day Lydia V.Strickler was by this court appointed executrix of said last will and testament,
<br />that she qualified as such and has peen acting in that capacity since.
<br />3. That the said Frank C.Strickler died seized of and in possession of the South west Quarter of
<br />Section 26,Township 9, -2-
<br />Range 9,Iiall County,Nebraska,also Lot No.l of Irregular Tract in the Northwest Quarter of Section
<br />7,Township 3,Range 3,Clay County Nebraska,containing 10:50 acres.
<br />4. That due notice has been given to creditors to file claims against said estate;that no claims
<br />were filed,ar_d that by order of this court,all claims not filed were forever barred and such
<br />order is in full force and unappealed from.That the expenses of the last sickness of said decea-
<br />sed,his funeral expenses,and the costs of administering his estate have been fully paid,settled,
<br />and satisfied.
<br />5. That the report of said Lydia V.Strickler as executrix is in all things true and correct,and
