H.MU.liIn <br />County Judge <br />Filed for record on the 12th day of 11ariah,1914 at 11 o'clock A.M. <br />Register of Dedds. <br />Final Decree: <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of <br />DECREE <br />Charles S.Benton, deceased, <br />Now, on this 12 day of March, 1914, this cause came on for hearing upon the final. report <br />of Ida M.Benton, administratrix of the estate of Charles S.Benton, deceased, and her application <br />for the settlement of said estate and her discharge as such administratrix, and the Court <br />having examined said report and the proofs on file, finds that Seward R.Benton, the only person <br />interested in said estate other than the said Ida M.Benton, has entered his written appearance <br />herein, approved of the report of said administratrix and joined with said administratrix in <br />asking that said report be approved, said estate settled and the administratrix discharged, it <br />is, therefore, ordered by the Court that notice of the filing of said final report and of the <br />time fixed for the hearing thereon be dispensed with, and the Court further finds that the <br />final report filed by said administratrix is correct in all things and that said report ought <br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said administratrix. The Court <br />further finds that the said Charles S.Benton, deceased, left no personal estate, and that no <br />personal property belonging to the estate of the said Charles S.Benton, deceased, has come <br />into the possession or control of the said Administratrix. <br />The Court further finds that no claims have been filed or allowed against said estate and that <br />the time for filing claims has fully expired; that said administratrix has paid the expenses <br />of the last sickness and the funeral expenses of said deceased and that she expressly waives <br />any claims against said estate by reason of such payment by her. <br />The <br />Court further <br />finds <br />that <br />said Charles S.Benton <br />left <br />surviving him, as <br />his heirs at law, <br />Ida <br />M.Benton, his <br />widow, <br />and <br />Seward R.Benton, his <br />son, <br />and that the said <br />Ida M.Benton is the <br />mother of the said Seward R.Benton, and that the said Charles S.Benton died, intestate. <br />The Court further finds that the said Charles S.Benton died seized as the owner in fee simple <br />of the following described read, estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, <br />towit: The Northwest quarter of Section Twelve (12) , in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Twelve (12) West; also, the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Bection Fourteen (14% <br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West. <br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the report of the said Ida <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />1 <br />
