<br />I,James A.Sproul,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and desposing memory do make
<br />and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following :That Is to say:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,both real and personal unto my wife Polly Sproul,
<br />to have and to hold the same unto the said Polly Sproul during her natural life,and after the
<br />death of my said wife Polly Sproul,I give,devise and bequeath all the res:t,residue and remainder
<br />of my estate,both real and personal unto my nephew,Charles P.Tfeyers,to have and to hold the
<br />same forever.
<br />Third.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />Fourth.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife,Polly Sproul as executrix of this will,without bond.
