In the matter of the estate ) or ) Final Decree. Wilhelmina Wulf,Deceased. ) Now on this 28th of January,1914,this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of Henry Voss,Executor of the last will and testament of'Wilhelmina WUlf,deceased, and it satisfactorily appearing to the court that all parties interested in the estate of said deceased have voluntary appeared,waived time and further notice and consent to the allowance of said report-,,and it further appearing,after a full examination thereof,that said report is correct, in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed,it is therefore,Ordered,Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Henry Voss,executor,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed by the court-as and for his final account. The Court finds that notice as required by law and the order of court was given to all creditors of the deceased of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of Wilhelmina W'ulf',deceased,and that the time so allowed for presenting claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate;that all claims outstanding against the said Wilhelmina. Wulf,and not so filed, if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Wilhelmina Wulf,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said Wilhelmina Wulf departed this life on the 22nd day of May,1913, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska; that she left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 26th day of May,1913;that she left surviving her the following named heirs at law,devisees and legatees: Wilhelm Wulf,Sophie Marie Seier,Emma Christine Voss,Anna Caroline Rauert and Gustav henry Wulf,her children. The Court finds that the said Wilhelmina Wulf was at the time of her death the owner of the foll- owing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to wit :The North One -half of the North -west quarter of N.W..J) of Section Ten (10 ), in Township Ten (10 ),North, in Range Nine (9 ),west. The Court finds that in compliance with the provisions and directions of said last will and test- ament all of said real estate was sold at public auction to the highest bidder by the above named; Executor and that the proceeds of said sale,8fter the payment-.of debts,funeral expenses and costs, of the administration of said estate,have been equally divided among the said legatees as direct -I ed by the testatrix. The Court finds that the said executor has accounted dor and paid out all of the money�intd his hands and there remains nothing in his possession belonging to said estate. J.H. MUll in County Judge. That on the 2611 day of May A.D.1913,said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved,, probated,and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Wilhelmina Wulf,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in tine records (f the court aforesaid.
