STATIONERY; OK FF -N <br />said estate has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that <br />all clo.ims- outstanding against the estate of Heinrich Wulf, deceased, and not so filed, if any <br />such there be are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Heinrich Wulf, deceased, and <br />that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Heinrich Wulf departed this life in the year 1887 and that he was <br />at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a last will and testa- <br />ment which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 21st day of March, 1887. <br />The Court finds that the said Heinrich Wulf was at the time of his death the owner of the fol- <br />lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The North half of the North -west Quarter of Section Ten (10), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine <br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament all of said <br />above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Heinrich Wulf to his <br />wife, Wilhelmina Wulf, named in the will as Mina she to have the use, control and the full power <br />to dispose of said real estate upon the condition that she remain unmarried and his widow, and <br />the court being fully advised in the premises finds that the said Wilhelmina Wulf never remarried. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the North half of the North -west Quarter <br />of Section Ten (10), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass <br />and descend at the death of Heinrich Wulf, under the provisions of his last will and testament, <br />to his widow, Wilhelmine Wulf in fee. <br />The Court finds that the said Henry Voss, .administrator de bonis non of the estate of Heinrich <br />Wulf, deceased, has fully accounted for all of the estate of the deceased which came to his <br />possession and that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution. <br />State of Nebraska, ) <br />�Hall County ss. <br />In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />I.
