STATIONERY; OK FF -N said estate has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate; that all clo.ims- outstanding against the estate of Heinrich Wulf, deceased, and not so filed, if any such there be are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Heinrich Wulf, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The Court finds that the said Heinrich Wulf departed this life in the year 1887 and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a last will and testa- ment which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 21st day of March, 1887. The Court finds that the said Heinrich Wulf was at the time of his death the owner of the fol- lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: The North half of the North -west Quarter of Section Ten (10), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament all of said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Heinrich Wulf to his wife, Wilhelmina Wulf, named in the will as Mina she to have the use, control and the full power to dispose of said real estate upon the condition that she remain unmarried and his widow, and the court being fully advised in the premises finds that the said Wilhelmina Wulf never remarried. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the North half of the North -west Quarter of Section Ten (10), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Heinrich Wulf, under the provisions of his last will and testament, to his widow, Wilhelmine Wulf in fee. The Court finds that the said Henry Voss, .administrator de bonis non of the estate of Heinrich Wulf, deceased, has fully accounted for all of the estate of the deceased which came to his possession and that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution.
