<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Floyd W.Miller,deceased,and

<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Floyd W.Miller departed this life,intestate,on the 14th day of
<br />January,1913,and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska:-. that
<br />he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law,the following named persons:
<br />Ralph B.Miller And Frank J.Miller,his brothers.
<br />The Court finds that the said Floyd W.JJiller,was at the time of his death the owner in fee of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />an undivided one-third interest in and to the West half of the North Fast Quarter,(W-!,. of the NET)
<br />of Section Twenty-one (21) in Township Eleven (11),in Range Twelve (12), and an undivided one-
<br />fourth interest' in the West half of the South-east Quarter, (Wj .of SE4) of Section Sixteen (16),
<br />in Township Eleven (11), in Range Twelve (12). and that under the law of descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska all og,the right,title and Interest of the said Floyd W.Miller in said real estate did
<br />pass and descend at his death to the said Ralph B.Miller and Frank J.Miller as tenants in common.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all of the Interest of Floyd W..Miller,
<br />deceased, in the West 1 of the N.E.-I 4 of Section 21,in Township ll,in range 12,and in the West

<br />of the S.E.- of Section 16,in Township 11, in Range 12,all In Hall County,Nebraska, did pass and
<br />descend at the death of Floyd W.1411ler,intestate,to the said Ralph B,.Miller and Frank J.14iller,
<br />his brothers,in equal shares to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assie-
<br />,7is forever.
