FLOYD W.MILLER,I)ECEASED. ) Now on this 27th day of October,1913,this cause came to be heard upon the final report of Fred J.If ller,Administrator of the estate of-Floyd W.Pdiller,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court,from the proof on file,that all persons inter- ested in the estate of said deceased have been notified as required by law and the order of court dated October 15,1913,and there being no objection or protest on file the court pro - ceeddd to examine said report.After a full examination thereof the court rinds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed and that the said adminiatra- tor has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came to his possession. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Fred J..Miller,admin- istrator,be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report.
