<br />Now on this 16th dray of January, 1914, this cause came on for hey ring upon the final report of
<br />Anna Gosda, administratrix of the estate of Fred Gosda, deceased, and it appearing to the satis-
<br />faction of the Court from the proof now on file that notice has been given all persons interested
<br />as required by the order of court, and no one having appeared to object to the allowance of said
<br />report, the court proceeds to examine the same. After a full examination thereof the court finds
<br />that said final report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for t
<br />the final account of said administratrix; that the said Anne,
<br />for all of the estate of the said Fred Gosda which came into
<br />administration, tht� funeral charges, and the expenses of the
<br />tributed among the heirs entitled to share in the distributii
<br />remaining.
<br />Gosda, administratrix, has accounted
<br />her possession; has paid the costs of
<br />last sickness and has paid and dis-
<br />)n, all of the personal property
<br />It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the court that the report of Anna Gosda, administratrix,
<br />be and this same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />,The Court finds that due notice was given to creditors of the said Fred Gosda, deceased, of the time
<br />allm %red for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time limited for filing
<br />claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully
<br />paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said Fred Gosda, deceased, and not so
<br />filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is3 therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing; or setting; up any claims or demands against the estate of Fred Gosda, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Fred Gosda departed this life on the first day of February, 1913,
<br />at his home in Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate; that he left surviving him as
<br />his heirs at lair and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:.
<br />ANNA GOSDA, his widow, and
<br />RICIV,,RD GOSDA, a son; PAULA GOSH a daughter;
<br />FRED
<br />H. GOSDA, a son; ALBERT
<br />GOSDA, a son; FRIEDA
<br />GOSDA, a daughter; ELT,I M GOSDA, a son; IIETA GOSH
<br />a daughter; and +RNA GOSDA,
<br />a daughter.
<br />Tho Court finds that t,ie said Fred Gosda, was at
