<br />Grand Island in said County, on the 28th day of dune, A.D.1 %13, present J.H. ullin,County Judge.
<br />In the ,i-iatter of the estate of Anthony Donigan, deceased. I , J.H.Mullin, County Judge in and
<br />for said County,do hereby certify that on the 28th day of June A.D.1913, the instrument , r-
<br />porting to be the last will and testament of Anthony Donigan, deceased, was filed for pro-bate in
<br />this Court. That on the 28th day of June A. D.1913, said instrument to which this is attached
<br />was duly proved,nrobated, and allowed as the last will. and testament of the said Anthony Donigan
<br />deceased,and the game was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof I have herounto set my hand and the seal of the said County Court this

<br />Anthony Donigan, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 28th day of January,1914 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Ldy, aid Donigan and Patrick Fagan, executors of the last will and testai,ient of Anthony Donigan
<br />deceased,and it appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons interested in
<br />t.e estate of said deceased have been duly notified and have voluntarily appeared,wa.ived time
<br />and furth:;r notice and consented to the allowance of said report,and it further appearing that
<br />said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed,and that no claims
<br />were filed against said estate, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, Ai7JTIDITED AND DECREED that the report
<br />of Edward Donigan and Patrick Fagan, ex.acutors, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed
<br />as and for their final account.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law, and
<br />the order of this court elated Dune 28, 1913, was given to all creditors of the said Anthony
<br />Donigan as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate;
<br />that the time so - limited for filing = 51aims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature
<br />were filed or allowed against said estate; trat all claims outstanding against the said Anthony
<br />Donigan, deceased, and not so filed and allowed if any such there be, are therefore forever barred
<br />and excluded.
<br />It is therefore by the Court considered and adjudged that all persons are for-
<br />ever barred from filing or setting up any claims or de ands against the estate of Anthony
<br />Donigan, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Anthony Donigan departed this life on the 19th day of
<br />June, 10-13, being at the time of his death a resident of "Mall County, Nebraska, and that he left
<br />a last will. and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 28th day of
<br />June
<br />The Court finds that the said Anthony Donigan was at the time of his death the
