<br />I, Anthony Donigan, of the County of gall and State of Ye'craska,beir_g of sound mind and memory;
<br />but mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life, do make,publish and declare this my last

<br />will and testament, in manner following:
<br />First.
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral, the cost of administering my es-
<br />tate , and all my just debts be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son James Donigan, the following described real estate, to-
<br />wit: The South west Quarter of Section Twenty -six (2-6), in Township Twelve ,in Range Eleven,
<br />in Fall County, ilebraska. Provided, however, and upon the express condition that he the said
<br />Jar:.es Donigan, shall within one year after my death, pay to ray daughter, I'.fary Fagan, the sum of
<br />Cne Thousand Dollars 01000.00 }.
<br />Third.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son, William Donigan, the following described real estate
<br />to- w"'it: The South half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -six (2.6), in Township
<br />Twelve, in Range Eleven, and the Vest half of the North -east Quarter of Section Fifteen, in
<br />Township Twelve, in Barge Eleven, in Tull County, 1 ebraska. Provided however, and upon the express
<br />condition that he the said William Donigan shall, within one year after my death ,pay to my son
<br />Euward Donigan the sum of Cne Thousand Dollars 01000.00).

<br />I give, devise and beq-_-eath to my son, Ldward Donigan, the following described real estate
<br />to -wit: The East half of the South Vest Quarter of Section Twenty -three , in Township Twelve.,
<br />in Range Eleven, and the East half of the North -west Quarter of Section Fifteen, in Township
<br />Twelve, in R.arge Eleven, all in Fall County, Yebracka.

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son , Edward Donigan, and my son -in -law, Patrick Fagan, to be
<br />the Lxecutors of this my last will and testament, and I ask that they be not required by the
<br />lourt to give any bond for the performance of their duties as such.
