(10) in Range Eleven (11); The North -east +Quarter of the I.?orth -east Quarter of Section Thirty -five (35) in Township Ten (10) in Range Eleven (11) ; The North -6rest Quarter of the South -west Quarter of Section Thirty -six (36) in Tovnshi � Teri (10) in Range Eleven (lI) The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament of said Joachim Dibl ern all of said above described real estate did pass at his death to August Dibbern on condition that the said August Dibbern pay to each of his brothers and sisters the sum of Four Hundred Dollars and to the children of a deceased daughter of the testator the sum of Four Hundred Dollars and that these payments have been r.:ade ir_ full as shown by the receipts on file.
