<br />Joachim Dibbern, Deceased.
<br />Yow on this 15th day of January, 1914, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of August Dibbern, Executor of the last Will and testament of Joachim Dibbern, deceased,
<br />having been duly continued from the 8th day of January, 1014, and it satisfactorily appearing
<br />to the court that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been duly noti-
<br />fied as required by lave, and there being no objection or protest on file, and it further appe-
<br />aring to the court,after a full examination thereof, that said report is correct in all.re-
<br />spects and ought to be approved and allowed by the court and that the said executor has fully
<br />accounted for all of the estate which came to his possession,it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED APID DECREED that the report of August Dibbern, executor, be and the same
<br />hereby is ap-proved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that the creditors of the said .Joachim Dibbern, deceased, have beer. duly
<br />notified by publication and by posting, as required by the order of court, of the time allowed
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time limited for filing
<br />claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said Joachim Dibbern, deceased,
<br />and not filed within the time allowed are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court t1at all persons are forever barred
