<br />It is therefore Considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting; up any claims or demands against the estate of Amanda Hanna, deceased, and that
<br />,said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Amanda Hanna was, at the time of her death, the owner of the follow -
<br />ing described real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska. to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Number Thirty -one (31) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island.
<br />The Court finds that the said Amanda Hanna departed this life, intestate, on the 27th day of Dec-
<br />ember, 1912, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left!;

<br />surviving; her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, the following named persons:
