<br />7. That notice was given by the publication of a copy of said order in the Adams County
<br />Democrat, as directed, and that proof of the due publication thereof was filed with this
<br />Court on the 28th day of July, 1011.
<br />S. That the time limited for the filing,examination an:i adjustment of claims aainst said
<br />estate hAs long since expired and that all claims filed and allowed have been fully paid,
<br />including costs of administration,.and that all claims not filed have become barred by the
<br />Statute of Limitation and that there are no appeals pending from the disallowance of any claim;
<br />that said report shows a balance due the said Administratrix of '1930'..52, which the Court finds
<br />has been adjusted and settled by the said Alice J.E.Batty, Alice 11.Aatty and Elizabeth Fatty,
<br />the only heirs of the said Robert A.Tatty, deceased, and for which no claim is made against said
<br />estate; and that there remains in the hands of the said Admiristratrix Twenty (20) shares of,
<br />stock in the Hastings Independent Telephone Company, Two (2) shares of stock in the Kenesaw
<br />Telephone ^ompary, also one certain rote and mortgage for X1150.00, due April 6th, 1014, and
<br />given by A.J.Vanhvery; also all household goods and law library.
<br />9. The Court further finds that a eora.ission was issued to J.F.Crowley as Appraiser of the
<br />value cf the inheritance: of the said Alice J.R.Patty, Alice ':.Fatty and Elizabeth Batty and
<br />that upon the report of said Appraiser,the Court found the value of said inheritances was
<br />X44, 127.001 from S,,hieh was to be deducted debts again7.t said estate arounting to I8, 327.00
<br />together with x30,000.00 exernnt by Statute, leaving the value for the Furpese of taxation, the
<br />sum of 45800.00, and an inheritance tax of W`58.00 was assessed, which the said Alice T.R.Ratty
<br />Administratrix paid into this Court.
<br />10. That the said Robert A.Fatty died seized of the following described real estate, to -brit
<br />Lots Light (8), Fine (9) and Ten (10) in Flock Seventeen (17) Criginal Town of Hastings,
<br />.Adt�_P_,.s County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots Six (6), Sven (7) Eight (8) and Fine (9) on the Island, in section Seventeen (17);
<br />-Lot Six (o) on the Islar.ci, in section Eighteen (18); Lots one (1) and Seven (7) on the Island
<br />in Section nineteen (1c.); Lots Cne (1) Two ('2) and Three (3) on the Island, in Section Twenty
<br />(20); The Forth East quarter (Y.E. }-) of the North Last �,uarter (N.E.4) of Section Nineteen
<br />(10); and the South half (S.J) of the South West quarter (S;W.4) of "ection'Twenty (20),all in
<br />Tov.nship Fine (9), North of Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M., in -Hall 0ounty,Nebraska,
<br />and Lot Cne (1) on the Mainland in Section Twenty Five (25),and the Soi,th East Quarter (c`.E4)
<br />of the North East quarter (N.E. 1) of Section Twenty Five (25) in Township Nine (9),T?orth rar_ge
<br />Twelve (12) "West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Also an undivided one - twelfth interest in the South East quarter (S.E.4) of Section Eighteen
<br />(18), Township Five (5 ), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth P.M. Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />11. That the said Robert A.Fatty left surviving him as his only heirs at lair: the following
<br />named persons, to -writ:
<br />Alice J . Patty, widow;
<br />Alice ,i.Fsatty, daughter; and
<br />Elizabeth ratty, daughter; all being of legal age.
<br />12.
<br />The (Court further finds that the said Alice J.R.Fatty i's entitled to all of the house-
<br />hold goods, v.earing apparc;l, jewelry, ornaments and law library belonging to the said Robert A.
<br />Batty, deceased; and that the said Alice J.R.Fatty, Alice '.....Fatty and Elizabeth Fatty are en-
<br />titled to one certain note and Mortgage for ¢1150.00 given by A.J.ZranEvery, due April 6th,
<br />1914, Twenty (20) shares of stock in the R:actings Independent Telephone Co: pany, Two (2) shares
<br />of stock in the Kenesaw Telephone Company and any and all other personal property that may exist
<br />belonging to said estate, share and share alike.
<br />13. That the said Alice J.R.Ratty, Alice ' %Batty and Elizabeth ratty are each entitled to a
