<br />Adams County ( In the County Court of said County.
<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said Cour_ty, at the County Court Room, in
<br />the City of Hastings, County of Adams and State of Yebraska.
<br />Present William F.Button, Ju :.Xge of the Courty Court.
<br />In the aaatter of the Estate ( Decree of Final Account
<br />of ( and
<br />Robert A.Batty, Deceased. ( Distribution of Estate.
<br />Now on this 13th day of February, 1912, this cause came on to be heard upon the final
<br />report of Alice J. ".Fatty, Administratrox of the estate of Robert A.Batty, deceased, and her app-
<br />lication for Discharge and the distribution of said estate; the only persons interested in said
<br />estate having vraived all notice of such hearing and having also waived notice of final settle -
<br />went and consenting that the final report of said Administratrox be approved, said matter is sub-
<br />mitted to the Court, upon consideration wlereof, the Court finds from the records, the proofs on
<br />file and the evidence:-
<br />1. That the said Robert A.Ratty eparted this life intestate, on the 22nd day of June 1911,
<br />at his home in Hastings, Adams ^ourty, "'etraska, being at the time of his death and for a long
<br />timie prior thereto a resident and inhabitant of said County and State.
<br />2. That on the 28th day of June, 1 °11, Alice J .R.Fatty by her attorney, H.F.Favinger, filed
<br />with this Court her petition praying.that Letters of Admiristration might issue to her upon the
<br />estate of Robert A.Fatty, deceased.
<br />3. That on the 29th day of June, 1 0-11, the Court nade an order fixing the 30th day of ..Tune
<br />1911, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the County Court Room in Hastings, Nebraska, as the time and place
<br />for the hearing on said petition and directed that hearing be had at said time without further
<br />notice, all Parties interested having filed waiver of notice of such hearing.
<br />4. That on the 30th day of June , 1911, hearing was had and the Court made an order appoint-
<br />ing Alice J.R.Batty Adminirtratrix of said estate,ard directed that Letters of Administration
<br />should issue to her u -on her filing bond in the sure of 12000.00 with sureties to be approved
<br />by the Court and taking and filing the oath required by law.
<br />5. That on said day the said Alice J.R.Batty qualified as such Administratiix by filing
<br />bond with sureties thick was approved by the Court and taking and filing oath required by law
<br />and thereupon Letters of A.drninistration were dilly issued to her and she entered upon the dis-
<br />charge of her duties as such Adninistratrix.
<br />6. That on the first day of July, 1911, the ^ourt made an order fixing the 29th day of July
<br />1 °11, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the County Court Room in Hastings, ebraska, as the time and place �
<br />for the filing, examination and adjust::;ent of claims against said estate, and directed that all
<br />claims not filed on said day, so limited, or within six nonths thereafter, should be forever barred; i.
<br />and further .1irected that notice of such order should be given by the publication of a copy of
<br />said order in the i_Adams County Democrat, a newspaper prir_ted, r blished and of gen .ral circu-
