<br />case that my said wife should choose at her own free will not to stay on our old homestead and live with
<br />my son Ferdinand and should remove from there; then and in that case my son Ferdinand is to pay
<br />his mother the sum of Two Hundred Dollars; as long as she don't live with him, the said sum of
<br />Two Hundred Dollars to be paid to her annually by my said son Ferdinand.

<br />I Claus Stoltenberg having made my last will on the 20 day of October A.D. 1900 do now make
<br />this codicil to be taken as a part of the same; First I ratify and confirm said Will in every
<br />respect, save as any part of it inconsistent with this codicil. In addition to the sums stated in
<br />said Will to be paid by my sons Ferdinand and Carl to my children Edward, Wilhelmine Reher, the
<br />children of ( A twine Tagge deceased) Abel C.Wiese and Mine Reher I direct that my sons Ferdinand
<br />and Carl pay $2000.00 each and that these Woo-00 to be divided equally to my said children
<br />Edward, Wilhelmine Reher, the children of Alwine Tagge & Abel C.Wiese. $1000.00 to each of them,
<br />these sums to be paid to the said mentioned children by my said sons Ferdinand and Carl 6 months
<br />after rqy death.

<br />of Claus Stoltenberg, deceased. I, J.I1.1,Tullin, County Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify
<br />that on the 19th day of May, A.D., 1913, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Claus Stolten org, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That or, the 13th dray of June A.D., 1913, said instrument to which this is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allovlod as the last will and testament of the said Claus Stoltenberg, deceased, anI
