<br />Claus Stoltenberg to Ferdinand Stoltenberg, his son, in fee, subject to a condition in said will
<br />that the said Ferdinand Stoltenberg shall during the life time of his mother, Esther Stoltenberg,
<br />maintain, keep and board the said Esther Stoltenberg and pay to her annually the sum of One
<br />Hundred Dollars.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament Lots Three (3) and Five
<br />(5) in Section Seventeen (17), and Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Section Twenty (20), all in
<br />Tormship Ten (10), in Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of the said Claus Stoltenberg, to Carl Stoltenberg, his son, in absolute title, subject to
<br />a provision in said will that the said Carl Stoltemberg shall pay to his mother, Esther Stoltenberi
<br />annually during her lifetime, the sun of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the S.W.' —' of the N.E.1, the S.E., —� of the N.W., the
<br />N.W.4 of the S.E.4 the N.E.1 of the S.W.' and the S.E. -1 of the N.1�,.1, all in Section 12, Township
<br />!10, Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass to and become the property of Ferdinand Stolten-
<br />berg at the death of Claus Stoltenberg, under the provisions of the last will of the said Claus
<br />Stoltenberg and subject to the condition therein set forth.
<br />And it is further considered that under the terms and provisions of the said last will and testa -
<br />ment of Claus Stoltenberg, Lots 3 and 5 in Section 17 and Lots 2 and Three (3), in Section 20,
<br />all in Township 10, in Range 9, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of
<br />'Claus Stoltenberg t,n Carl Stoltenberg in fee in accordance with the findings herein and subject to
<br />;the condition set forth in said last will and testament..

<br />I Claus Stoltenberg, of the age of 68 year: and being of sound mind and memory declare this to
<br />be my last will and testament.
<br />lst. I give and bequeath to my son Ferdinand Stoltenberg the following Real Estate all situate
<br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska to —wit: The South West 4 of the North East 4 the
<br />South East 4 of the North West — the North West 4 of the South East 4, the North East of the
<br />South west 4 and the South East 4 of the North east all in Section Twelve 12 in Township Ten
<br />(10) North of Range Teri (10) Eest of the 6,1 P.M. containing 200 Acres, be the same more or less,
<br />,subject to the conditions and legacies to be paid by my said son Ferdinand hereinafter described.
<br />;2nd. I rive and devise to my son Carl Stoltenberg the following described Real Estate to —wit::

<br />Lots numbered Three (3) and Five (5), of Section No. Seventeen (17), and Lots numbered Two (2)
<br />and Three (3) of section N. Twenty (20) all in Township Ten (10) North, of Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 61, P.?klt. in Hall Co. Nebraska containing 175 Acres be the same more or less, subject to
<br />the payments to be made by my said son Carl as hereinbefore expressed.-
<br />3rd. I give and bequeath to the 4 cAildren of my deceased daughter Alwine Tagge the sum of One
<br />Thousand Dollars to be divided equally among them and to be paid by my son Ferdinand 6 months
<br />after my death.
<br />4th. I give and bequeath Five Hundred Dollars to my son Edward Stoltenberg to be paid to him by
<br />my 'son Ferdinand six months after my death.
<br />5th I give and devise to my daughter Abel C.Wiese the sum of One Thousand Dollars to be paid to
<br />her by my said son Ferdinand 6 months after my death.
<br />6th. I give and devise another sum of Five Hundred Dollars to my son Edward Stoltenberg to be
<br />paid to him by my son Carl 6 months after my death..

<br />Reher the sum of One Thousand Dollars to be
