I AZSG <br />505 <br />MEL Ma MEMM f� ",�iG[iRf] f9no C. <br />42654 —KLOPP h 9AgTLETT CO., PgINYlNG, LlTN OG RAPNI,YG,STATIONEgtl; OMAYiIa <br />In The County Court of gall County, Nebraska. <br />In the r°at ter of the estate <br />of Final Decree. <br />".arinus Yelscn, deceased. <br />Now on this 12th day of January,1014, this cause came on for hearing upon the final <br />repert of Anna Mall, administratrix of the estate of 1,1alrinus Tel son ,deceased, and it satisfac- <br />torily appearing to the court that notice has been given in the manner provided by law and the <br />order of court dated December 31,1913, and no one appearing to object to the allowance of said <br />re,_ .,ort, the Court, aft a full ex:lrniration, finds that said repert is correct in every re- <br />spect and ought to be allowed; that no money or ether property has come into the hands of <br />the administratiox nor has she paid out anything except the costs of administration. <br />The Court finds that six months were allowed creditors fcr filing claims against said <br />estate; that the time allowed has fully expired ; that due and legal notice was given all <br />c reel itcrs --y publ : at ion , of the tune allowed and place app,c inted for filing claims; that no <br />claims of any nature were filed; that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any such <br />there be, are therefore, forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore ordered that the report of Anna Stall, Administratrix, be and the same <br />hereby is approved and allayed as and for her final account. <br />It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred and concluded from filing or set- I <br />tin; up any claims or demands against the estate of 'WTarinus Yelsondeceased, and that said <br />estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said .,arinus Pelson, departed this life on the 21st day of April <br />1;11, and that he died intestate leaving surviving him as his heirs at law,and his only, heirs <br />at law, the following named persons; <br />�.fary nelson, his widow, and Anna Stall, his sister; that he left no father, no mother <br />and no child him surviving. <br />The Court finds that the said = "arinus Nelson died possessed of <br />an undivided one -half interest in the following described real estate situate in the County <br />of Hall and State of T "ebraska, to-wit: <br />Those portions of Lots Ten (10),Eleven (11) and Twelve <br />(12) of County Subdivision of lest one -half of South 17'est quarter (7' 2 of S .;' . ���) of Section <br />Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range 1Tine ( ) ',.!:'eat of the 6th P.L2.�; which lie North- of <br />Fifth Street in the City of Grand Island, saving those portions - <br />of said Lots 11 and 12 now owned by Charles 17 %Herron as described in warranty deed to <br />him recorded in Book 35, Page 269 of Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the law of descent of the <br />State of 1Nebraska said above described real estate did pass and descend at `:is death in the <br />n- !annex following <br />One hale' of the interest of the deceased therein to ?,farjc elsor his widow <br />and one half of his said interest therein to Anna Stall, his sister, to have and to hold to <br />them and to their heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all of the right,title and int- <br />erect of '.arinus Nelson in those portions of lots 10,11 and 12 of County Subdivision of the <br />'.
