<br />to the Court from the petition of J.M.Shaw filed herein that Andrew J.Shaw died at Galesburg
<br />in the County of .Knox and State of Illinois on or about the 26th day of July,A.D.1901, and
<br />that said deceased left surviving him as his only -heirs at law and devisees and legetees under
<br />his said will Marie A.Shaw and J.1i.Shaw.
<br />Thereupon come the said ":iarie A.Shaw and J.M.Shaw
<br />and file herein their written waiver of notice of probate of said will as provided by Statute
<br />and request to the Court that it proceed to the probate of said will :without notice to them;
<br />Thereupon come 1112iron Rhodes and C.H.Trask the subscribing witnesses to the aforesaid will,
<br />who appear to be credible witnesses and who having been duly sworn according to law and examined
<br />touching the execution of said will by said testator and of its attestation by the subscribing
<br />witnesses thereto, made due proof thereof, and further testified that they believed that said
<br />testator at the time was of full age of sound mind and memory and under no constraint;and no
<br />proof of fraud, compulsion or other improper conduct being exhibited and the Court having heard
<br />the evidence and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that said instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament,of said Andrew J.Shaw,deceased,has been duly proven and that the same be and is now

<br />able to the laws and usaes of the State of Illinois,by an order entered in said Court on the
<br />31st day of July,A.D.1901; also a true, perfect and complete copy of the order entered in said
<br />Court on the 31st day of July A.D.1901, in the matter of the probate of said last will and test-
<br />ament of Andrew J.Shaw, deceased. I further certify that I am the ke -eper of the records and
