<br />It is therefore considered by the court that Lot 3 in block 4, ire the original town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death.of Carl Schlueter, intestate, in
<br />the manner following I
<br />To Martha Schlueter, his widow, an undivided z part thereof;
<br />To Henriette Zunker an undivided one -tenth part thereof;
<br />To Bertha Neumann an undivided one -tenth part thereof;
<br />To G.F.Wegner, Herman Wegner, August Wegner and Wilhelm Weiner, an undivided one -tenth part there-
<br />of in common;
<br />to Herman Gustav Schlueter an undivided one -tenth part thereof;
<br />to Gustav Roeder, Julius Roeder, Wilhelmine Noos and Auguste Buerger, an undivided one tenth part
<br />thereof in equal shares, all subject to the homestead right of the said Martha Schlueter, widow
<br />of the deceased.

<br />(1) Know all men by these presents- That I,A.J.Shaw, being of sound mind and memory do make
<br />this, my last will and testament And as to my worldly estate.and all property of whatever
<br />description,of which I shall be possessed or entitled to at the time of my decease, I bequeath
<br />and devise and dispose thereof in the manner following. I give, devise, and bequeath to my
<br />beloved wife..Marie A.Shaw,in case of her surviving me, all property,personal or real of what -
<br />ever description to which I am entitled, to have and to hold and to control entirely.
<br />',,Ty desire is that my wife,'.Tarie A.Shaw, shall settle my business affairs, and pay all my just
<br />debts, as soon as convenient for her to do so, and I also wish her to carry out my plans about
<br />my business,lands,and other property,which she well understands, as well as my intentions as
