LITHOGAAPHLVG,STATIONERT; <br />FI1TAL DLCRI!:E : -I�_t <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUIITY, NL+'B.RASKA. <br />Jr. the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />CARL S'CHLUETER, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 15th day of October, 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />Martha Schlueter Otto, administratrix of the estate of Carl Schlueter, deceased, and it satis- <br />factorily appearing to the court from the proof now on file, that all persons have been duly <br />notified. as required by law and the order -of court,, dated October 3, 1913, and no one having <br />appeared to object to the allowance of said report, and it appearing to the court, after a full <br />extunination thereof, that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and <br />allowed as and for the final account of said administratrix, it is, therefore, Ordered, adjudged <br />and decreed that the report of Yartha Schlueter Otto, administratrix, be and the same hereby is <br />approved and allowed as and for her final account. <br />The Court finds that the said Administratrix has accounted for all of the estate which came into <br />her hands, has paid the expenses of admtAistration, the funeral expenses, the expense of the <br />last sickness and all debts allowed against the estate, has distributed the remainder of the per- <br />sonal property among the legal heirs of the said Carl Schlueter, deceased, and that there remains <br />nothing in her hands for distribution. <br />The Court finds tha., notice was given to all creditors of the said Carl Schlueter, deceased, of <br />the time alloyed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that the time limited <br />for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed for <br />allowance, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing; or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Carl Schlueter, deceased, and <br />that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Carl Schlueter departed this life on the 6th day of April, 1910; <br />that he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of his death, and that he died intest- <br />ate; that he was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate <br />situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Four (4), in the original town, now City of Grand Island, <br />The Court finds that the said Carl Schlueter left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only <br />heirs at law, the following named persons: <br />I.7ARTHA SCHLUETER, his . vidow; Henriette Zunker, his sister; Bertha Neumann, daughter of a deceased <br />sister, Maria Lueck; G.F.Wegner, Herman Wegner, August Wegner and Wilhelm Wegner, sons of <br />Wilhelmine Wegner, a deceased sister; Herman Gustav Schlueter, son of Wilhelm Schlueter, a <br />deceased brother; Gustav Roeder, Julius Roeder, Wilhelmine Noos and Auguste Buerger, children of <br />Charlotte Roeder, a deceased sister, and the Court further finds that under the law of descent of <br />the State of Nebraska, the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the <br />said Carl Schlueter, intestate, in the mariner following. <br />To Martha Schlueter, his widow, an undivided one -half part thereof; to Iienriette Zunker, his <br />sister, an undivided one -tenth part thereof; to Bertha Neumann, his niece, an undivided one - tenth' <br />part thereof; to G.F.Wegner, Herman Wegner, August Wegner and Wilhelm Wegner, his nephews, an <br />undivided one -tenth part thereof, in comr:on; to Herman Gustav Schlueter, his nephew an undivided <br />one -tenth part thereof; to Gustav Roeder, Julius Roeder, Wilhelmine Noos and Auguste Buerger, an <br />undivided one -tenth part thereof in equal shares, all subject to the homestead rights of the said <br />Martha Schlueter, hio widow, in and to said real estate.. <br />I <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
