<br />Charlotte Stratmann. j
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska all of the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of
<br />the said Henry Stratmann,intestate, in foe simple, to said Charlotte Stratmann, Herman L.
<br />Stratmann and 111elvina Stratmann, as tenants in common, each taking an undivided one third int-
<br />erest therein, subject however to the homestead estate of said Charlotte Stratmann in said Lot
<br />5, Block 129, in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to said City of Grand Island.

<br />It is therefore considered. adjudged and decreed by the Court that the South Eighty -eight

<br />raska, and the South west "uarter of the South pest Quarter of Section One (1) in Township
<br />Eleven (11), North of Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., and Lot Five (5) in Block One
<br />hundred twenty nine (129) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, passed to and became the property of Charlotte Stratmann, Herman L.Stratmann,

<br />and 'n,ielvina Stratmann, share and share alike, to have and to hold to them and to their heirs and
<br />assigns forever, subject nevertheless to the homestead estate of said Charlotte Stratmann in
<br />said Lot 5, Block 129, in Koenig & Wiebe's Audition to said City of Grand Island.
<br />The Court further finds that the North Twenty -two feet ( ? ?) of the South Eight eight feet
<br />(88) of said Lot Eight (8),in Block Sixty -four (64) in the original town, now City of grand
<br />Island, was deeded to Henry Stratmann, deceased, as Henry Stratman that said decedent is the
<br />identical person named as grantee in the conveyance of the South third of the North half of Lot
<br />8, Block 64, in the original town, now City of Grand Island, recorded in Book 27, page 206 of the
<br />Book of Deeds in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />!, having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his orm name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
