<br />Charlotte Keller, deceased. (

<br />Now on this 12th day of November,1913, this cause came on to be heard upon the final
<br />report and petition of John F.Keller and H.E.Funk, administrators of said _estate, for a settl- j
<br />ment thereof and, it appearing from the proofs on file in said estate that due and legal notice
<br />of the filing of said petition and report and the time and place for hearing thereof has been
<br />given to all persons interested therein as by the orders of this Court and by statute required
<br />and no objections having been made thereto and the Court, upon examination of said report, finds]
<br />that said report is, in all respects, correct and should be approved.

<br />The Court further finds from the proofs on file in this case that due and legal notice
<br />!
<br />as by the orders of this Court and statute required, has been given to all creditors of said
<br />estate of the time and place for filing claims against said estate; that said time has expired;
<br />t:� -At all claims filed against said estate, including the costs of administration, have been
<br />fully paid by said administrators and that all other debts of said estate not filed herein,if
<br />any such exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said adminis-
<br />trators have accounted for all and singular of the property of said estate received by them or
<br />coming into their possession as shown by said report and that there remains in their hands a
<br />balance for distribution among the heirs at law of said de ^eased, the sum of One Thousand
<br />Dollars; that same should be distributed as follows: $125 each to Matilda A.Haedtke, William

<br />H.Keller, John F.Keller, Anna M.Haedtke, Frank H.Keller, George E.Keller, Edward A.Keller,
<br />i
<br />children of said deceased ,and $125 to Henry ".Keller, son of said deceased, by application of
<br />amount in the payment of the claims of the Citizens Bank of Giltner, Nebraska, and the Bank of
<br />i
<br />Hansen, of Hansen, Nebraska, filed against said estate, and for which claims the said deceased
<br />I
<br />and her estate was liable as surety for the said Henry H.Keller. j
<br />The Court further finds that

<br />said Charlotte Keller died seized of the East half of the Northwest quarter and the West half
<br />of the Northeast quarter of Section Thirty Four (34), in Tovnship Ten (10), North,Range Nine(9)
<br />i
<br />Wiest, in Hall County,Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving her as her only heirs at law,
<br />the said Matilda A.Haedtke, and Anna M.Haedtke, her daughters, and the said William H.Keller,
<br />John F.Keller, Frank H.Keller, George E..Keller, Edward A.Keller and Henry H.Keller, her sons,
<br />all of whom are over twenty one years of age, and that, upon the death of the said Charlotte
<br />i
<br />Keller, the above described real estate passed and descended by operation of law to the above
<br />i
<br />i
<br />named children and heirs at law in equal shares, as tenants in common, and the same is hereby
<br />I
<br />awarded to them.
<br />It is therefore, by the Court, ordered, adjudged an3 decreed that the final
<br />report and account of said administrators be and hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed;
<br />that all claims not filed against said estate and all other debts of said estate are forever
<br />C
<br />barred and precluded; that the above described real estate passed and descended by operation
<br />of law, upon the death of the said Charlotte Keller, to the above named children and heirs at
<br />i
<br />law, in equal spares, as tenants in common ; that upon filing by said administrators of receipts
<br />from said heirs at law of their distributive shares in said money remaining in their hands as
<br />I
<br />above found and set forth, said administrators will be discharged and their bond released; that

<br />said estate is hereby closed.
