<br />the order of court dated February 6,1913; that the,time allowed for filing claims against said
<br />estate has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against the said Emily J.Vorhes and not
<br />so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Emily J.Vorhes,deceased,
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Emily J.Vorhes
<br />departed this life on the 3rd day of February,1913, .being at the time of her death a resident
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate; that she left surviving her as her heir
<br />at law, and her only heir at law, Ada J.Vorhes Baliman, her daughter; that the said Emily J..
<br />Vorhes was at the time of her death the owner of the following described real estate situate.
<br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Two (2) in Block Number Sixteen (16) in H.r.Clark's Addition to Grand Island;
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Rlock One Hundred and forty -four (144) of Union Pacific Railway
<br />Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island and Fractional Lot ;umber Eight (8) in
<br />Block Twenty -nine (29) in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Islandp
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that at the death of Emily J.Vorhes,
<br />intestate, Lot No.2 in Block No. 16 in H.G.Clark's Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Fractional Lots No. 7 in Block No. 144 in Union Pacific Railway Oompany's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, and Fractional Lot No. 8 in Flock 29, in Russell Wheeler's Addit-
<br />ion to the City of Grand Island, all in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend under the
<br />law of descent of the State of Nebraska, to Ada J.Vorhes Baliman in fee.
