<br />Now on this 12th day of November, 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of Ada J.Vorhes Baliman,administratrix of the estate of Emily J.Vorhes, deceased, and
<br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice was given to all persons interested
<br />by publication, as required by the order of court dated November 3,1913, and no one having
<br />appeared to object to the allowance of said report, and it further appearing that said report
<br />is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Ada J.Vorhes Baliman, administratrix, be
<br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed by the court as and for her final account.
<br />The Court finds that notice of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims aga -
<br />inst the estate of Emily J.Vorhes,deceased, was given to all creditors as required by law and
