PRINTING, LITHOGRAPH IAO.STATIONERY;OMAH$ <br />alike and that by the terms of said will the present title to said premises does pass and de- <br />scend to the said George A.Miller and Harry F.Vliller, share and share alike, subject, however, <br />to the rights of the said Maggie J.Miller to the rents, issues and profits therefrom so long <br />as she remains the widow of the said William N.Miller, deceased. <br />It is, therefore, ordered, <br />adjudged and decreed by the Court that the report of the said Marry F.Miller, as executor of the <br />last will and testament of the said William N.Miller, deceased be and the same hereby is received <br />accepted and approved as and for the final report of such executor that said estate is closed <br />and the said Harry F.Miller discharged as such executor ;that all claims against said estate not <br />presented and allowed by the Court,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded and all <br />persons are forever enjoined "from presenting or asserting any claim against said estate. <br />That, by the terms of the last will and testament of the said William N.Miller, deli eased, all <br />of the personal estate belonging to said deceased, excepting one black and white heifer and one <br />note of Harry F.Miller for tp 1, 100, 1 ecomes the absolute property of the said Maggie J.Miller and <br />as to said $1,100 note the said Maggie F.Miller is to receive the interest thereon until the <br />same is maid and when the principal of said note is paid said principal is to be divided elually <br />betvdeen George A.Miller and Harry F.Miller and the said Maggie J.Miller holds said note in trust' <br />for the purposes above named. <br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed treat, by the terms <br />of the last will and testanent,of the said William N.Miller, deceased, the real estate herein- <br />,eiore described did sass and descend, by absolute title, to the said George A.Miller and Harry <br />F.Miller, share and share alike, subject, however, to the rights of the said Maggie J.Miller to <br />receive the 'rents, iccues and profits arising from said real estate so long as she remains the <br />widow of the said William T1.111iller, deceased, which rights of the said Maggie J.Miller cease and <br />terrinate upon her death or remarriage. <br />J.H.Mullin. <br />.Ti11riE <br />State of Nebraska <br />:SS. <br />Hall County.
