<br />Good River Nebraska June 25th 1912.
<br />Last Will and Testament of William N.Miller,
<br />is William N.Uiller of Hall County Nebraska being of sound mind and memory Thanks be to the
<br />Almighty God for the same do make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking.
<br />all for:.er Wills by me made.,
<br />First I direct that my last sickness and my Funeral expenses be paid from my personal pro-
<br />perty, as also all my just debts.,
<br />Second :- To my beloved wife Maggie J.Miller, All my personal property consisting of Horses,
<br />Cattle, Hogs, Wagons, Buggies, Harness and Machinery, all Bank accounts, including Notes, The
<br />Automobile I now have to be sold, the proceeds to revert to her personal use, Except here -
<br />after mentioned, as follows One Black and White heifer known by the name of Pula, One 2lote of
<br />Eleven hundred Dollars, lAted December 1911. due in five years from date bearing interest,
<br />The Interest however upon the above mentioned note to be paid to her and the proceeds of all
<br />farm land to go to her she to pay all the taxes upon same, so long as she remains my Widow,
<br />Inevent of the marriage of my beloved wife, she to Release all claims of what -so -ever kind and
<br />nature to said Note and Lands,
<br />Second: To my beloved sons, George A.Miller and Harry F.Miller, I give and Bequeath all of
<br />14y Real Estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, also. the above mentioned Eleven Hundred
<br />Dollar Note, they to share equally in Lands and Note, in addition my beloved son Harry F.Ville r
<br />to get the above described Heifer,
<br />Third : - I hereby agpoint my beloved son
