<br />The court finds that the said Diedrz .k Jepsen was at the time of his death the owner of Lots
<br />Cana and Tan (1 and 10)1 in Plock Cre in Park Place Addition to the City of grand Island, in
<br />gall County, 1Tebra--ka, an_> that said lots- gassed to and became the prol-erty of Anna L• liza �" "anser_
<br />at tr e deatl-1 of the testator and under the jrovisions of his will.
<br />The Court find: that the said Diedrik Jepsen died owning lots Six and Seven (6 and r) in

<br />v.ill and testar.ent, said real ;state, at the death of the testator, gassed to and became the
<br />pro_le-rty of Frankie 1_artin.
<br />The Court finds that the said Diedrik Jepsen died owning Lot Four
<br />(4) in Elock One (1), in r'ark Place Addition to the City of grand Island, in Uall County, 1•7 abr-
<br />aska, and that under the provisions of his last trill and testament, said real estate, at the
<br />_eath of the testator, passed to and be care the property of grant Jepsen.
<br />It is therefore considered anew adjudged by the court that the above described real estate
<br />situate in Park Place Addition to the City of grand Island, in Fall County, Nebraska, did desc-
<br />end at the (loath of Diedrik Jepsen, under the terms of his will, in the manner following:
<br />Lots 1 and 10 in Block Una, to Anna Lliza Mansen ;
<br />Lots 6 and 7 in Block One, to Adrian Je -psen;
<br />Lots 2 and 3 in Ploe�, Gne, to Fran�ie ,artin, and
<br />Lot 4 in Flock One, to :rant Jepsen.
<br />T�� executor is-eruby instructed to release the rortgage now of record against lot 5 in
<br />Block 1 in said Park Place Addition to grand Island and to cancel and surrender said mortgage
<br />and the note secured t,ereby to th caid grant Jensen.
