<br />In the dame of God, Amen. I, Jennie C.Worts, of Wood River, Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form
<br />following. That is to say:
<br />First : — I direct that all my debts and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />Second. I give and bequeath unto Mrs. George Hill the sum of Fifty Dollars to be paid within
<br />one year after my death.
<br />Third. I give and bequeath unto Mary Worts the sum of Fifty Dollars to be paid within one year
<br />from the date of my death.
<br />Foutth. I give and bequeath to Maude B.Worts my home, being Lot four in Block Five, in the
<br />Village of Wood River, County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br />Fifth. I give and bequeath to Maude B.Worts all the rest and residue of my personal estate.
<br />Sixth. I nominate and appoint Frank E.Slusser executor of this will without bond, authorizing
<br />and empowering him to sell and convey real estate.
<br />Seventh. I hereby revoke any and former will made by me.
