<br />f It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said report of the said

<br />deceased, be and the same hereby is aprroved as and for her final report as such executrix;
<br />that said estate is closed and the said Harriet Gilchrist discharged as such executrix.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed treat any and all persons holding claims, if any,

<br />against said estate which were not -resented and allowed by the Court are forever barred and I
<br />excluded and all such persons, if any there be, are forever enjoined from setting up or nres-
<br />enting any claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court
<br />that the title to the real estate hereinbefore described, upon the death of the said Robert 0.
<br />Gilchrist, did pass and descend according to the terms and provisions of the last w ill and
<br />testament of the said Robert -,.Gilchrist, deceased, subject only to the right of the said
<br />Harriet Gilchrist to receive the rents, issues and profits therefrom during her natural life.

<br />Grand Island in said County, on the 16" day of December A.P.1912, rresent J.H.Mullin County
<br />Judge. In the matter of the estate of Robert C.Gilchrist, deceased. I J.H.Mullin County
<br />Judge in and ,for said County, do hereby certify ti_at on the 20" day of November A.D.1912 the
<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Robert C.Gilchrist, deceased, was
<br />filed for probate in this 0ourt. That on the 16 day of December A.P.19123 said instrument
<br />to Which this�ttached was duly proved, ?probated , and allowed as the last will and testament
<br />of the said Robert ;."..Gilchrist deceased, and the sane was ordered to be recorded in the records
<br />of the court aforesaid.
<br />In witness ix,hereof I have hereunto set r,y hand and the seal of the said County Court this 16"
<br />day of December A.D.1912.

<br />I. Robert -,.Gilchrist, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of round mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the exrense attending my burial be first raid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, parriet Gilchrist, the rents, issues and profits
<br />arising from all of my estate, both real and personal, ::luring her natural life, This provision
<br />in favor of my said wife to be in lieu of any and all other interests she may have in my estate
<br />under the law.
<br />THIRD.
<br />Subject to the provisions contained in the second paragraph of this will I give and devise
<br />unto my son , Harry h .Gilchrist, for the period of his natural life, the following described
<br />real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast
<br />quarter of 'E`ection Number Eleven (11), in Township Number Ten (10), North of Range Number Eleven
<br />(11), West of the 6th P.M., and after the death of the said 'Parry T, .rilchrist, I give and devise
<br />the real estate in this paragraph ode, cribed unto the lawful issue of the said Harry M.rilchrist
<br />him surviving, and in the event the said Harry II.Gilchrist should leave no lawful issue him
<br />surviving at the time of his death, then and in such an event, after the death of the said
<br />Harry M.rilchrist, without lawful issue him surviving, I give and devise the real estate in this
<br />paragrarh described Tinto my lawful heirs living at the time of the death of the said 'Farry 14.
