<br />after full examination, that the accounts exhibited by said executor and executrix are correct
<br />in all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said executor
<br />and executrix have accounted for all of said estate which has come into their hands, it is
<br />therefore,
<br />Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the report of the said Daniel Sullivan and
<br />Hannah Sullivan, executor and executrix respectively of the last will and testament of the
<br />said Michael Sullivan, deceased, be, and the same hereby is approved as and for their final
<br />r erort .
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all cre�aitors of said estate in
<br />the manner provided by lava of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate
<br />of said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral
<br />expenses o. said deceased and the costs of adninistering said estate have been fully paid and
<br />that all outwtan Ling claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all
<br />persons are forever b rred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate
<br />of the said Michael Sullivan, deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that said executor and executrix have received in ^ash from all
<br />sour ^es the surf of < 11 539,44: that they expended in cash in the course of arlminictration
<br />the sum of564.29; that they have paid to Ellen Sullivan the 6000.00 legacy provided for
<br />her in Item Nine of the last will and testament of the said Michael Sullivan, deceased, and
<br />that they have paid to Ellen Sullivan, Hannah Sullivar� Daniel Sullivan, Frank W.Sullivar,
<br />Edward P.Sullivan, Mary Sullivan , Eugene Sullivar� Daniel Sullivan, Guardian of William
<br />Sullivan, and Daniel Sullivan Guardian of Elizabeth Sullivan, each the sum of $330.57 as re-
<br />siduary legatees as provided in Item Ten of said last will and testament of said Michael
<br />Sullivan , deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said ?Michael Sullivan departed this , life on
<br />the NSth day of Cctober, 1912, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to
<br />probate on the 3" day of Deo ember, 1912 .
<br />The Court further finds that the said Michael
<br />Sullivan died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate,
<br />situated in the County of Hamilton and State of Nebraska, to -wit: The Northeast Quarter of
<br />section Five (5) in township Nine (9) North of Range .bight (8) west of the 6" P.M. in Hamil-
<br />ton County, Nebraska and that by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said
<br />,Michael Sullivan deceased, said real estate did pass by absolute title to Kate Sullivan,widow
<br />of the said Michael Sullivan , deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Michael ^ullivan
<br />died, seized as t he owner in fee simple of the foliowing described real estate situated in the
<br />County of Hamilton and state of Nebraska, to -wit: The South half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />and the North half of the Southeast quarter of section twenty -nine (29) in township ten (10)
<br />north of range Eight (8) west of the 6" P.M. in Hamilton County, Nebraska, and that by the
<br />provisions of the last will and testament of the said Michael Sullivan deceased, said real
<br />estate did pass by absolute title to Daniel Sullivan.
<br />The Court further finds that the said
<br />2,ichael Sullivan died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate
<br />situated in the County of Hamilton and state of Nebraska, to- wit: The South half of the South-
<br />east Quarter of section twenty -nine (29) in township ten
<br />east half of the Southeast quarter of Section thirty -two
<br />range eight (8), west of the 6" P.M. in Hamilton County,

<br />pass by absolute title to Frank Sullivan.
