<br />I, Michael Sullivan of the County of Hamilton and state of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and not under restraint, but being mindful of the uncertainty of mortal life
<br />do publish and declare this to be my last will and testament and revoke all former wills made
<br />by me.
<br />FIRST. I dire--t that my executors hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts, the expense$
<br />of my last sickness and burial and the costs of administering my estate out of my personal
<br />property.
<br />SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Kate Sullivan, the North East Quarter of
<br />Section Five (5), in township Nine (9), in range Eight (8), in Hamilton County, Nebraska, with
<br />all the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br />THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Daniel Sullivan the South half of the North
<br />Last Quarter and the North half of the South East Quarter of section twenty -nine (29), township
<br />ten (10), in range Eight (8) in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Frank Sullivan the South half of t -e South east
<br />,;uarter of section twenty -nine (29), township ten (10), range eight (8) and the East half of the
<br />South east - uarter of section thirty -two (32), in township ten (10), range Eight (8), in Hamilton
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />FIFTH. To my daughters, Hannah and Mary, I give, devise and bequeath the South East Quarter
<br />of section two (2), in township nine, range eight (8), in Hamilton County, Nebraska, to be held
<br />by them in equal shares.
<br />SIXTH. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Edward Sullivan the North half of the South
<br />East Quarter and the east half of the South half of the South east Quarter of section thirty -
<br />six (36), in township ten (10) in range nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />SEVENTH. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Eugene Sullivan the West half of the South
<br />half of the South east wuarter of section thirty -six, in township ten (10), in range nine (9),
