LITHOGRAPHING.STATIONERY; OW-AHR <br />docu...,ants of or appertaining to said Court,, do hereby certify the foregoing and to which this <br />certitiCate, is annexed to be true --(-,,.pies of The Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate <br />of Last Will and Testament, and The Final Decree, in the Estate of Charles H.Horth, deceased. <br />as the same remain and now appear upon the records of said Court, and that the same is a <br />true, full and correct transcript thereof. <br />In Witness Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the seal of said County Court, <br />at Kearney in said County, this 13th day of September, A.D.1915 <br />(SEAL) J.E.Morrison <br />lounty Judge <br />Filed for record September 20, 1913 at 4.30 o'clock P.M. <br />Register of Deeds <br />Will and Decree.\N,, <br />In The County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of Final Decree. <br />Detlef Hinrich Christen, Deceased( <br />Novi on this second day of October 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon the report <br />of Henry Schumacher, executor of the last will and testament of Detlef Hinrich Christen, decea- <br />sec; and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof on file, that notice has <br />been given all persons interested and that they have entered their voluntary appearance, waived <br />time and further notice and ask that the said report be approved� and it further appearing <br />that said report is correct in all respects and ought to '(,e approved, it is therefore, <br />Crdered� Adjudged and Decreed that the report of Henry Schumacher executor.be and the same <br />.ereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Detlef Hinrich Christen <br />de--eased, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said <br />deceased; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed <br />and allowed against Raid estate have beer. fully paid; that all claims outstanding against said <br />estate and not filed for allowance, if any such there be., are therefore forever barred and <br />excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are for- <br />ever barred from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Detlef Hinrich Christen <br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said <br />Detlef Hinrich Christen departed this life on the 9th day of February, 1913, leaving a last <br />will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 17th day of Febru- <br />ary,1913., and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the <br />following named persons: Catharina Westphal., a daughter., Maria Hintz, a daughter. <br />The Court finds that the said Detlef Hinrich Christen was at the time of his death the <br />owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and state of Yeb- <br />raskA,_ to-wit: Fractional lot Five (5) in Block Five (5) in Ronnie Frae Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island and its complement, Fractional lot Five (5) in Block Twenty-two (22) in <br />Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island and that under the terms and provisions of the <br />said last will and testament said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said <br />Detlef Hinrich Christen to Gustav Westphal, his grand con, upon 7ertain conditions expressed <br />in said will, and t'-Lat said conditions have been fully complied with. <br />It is therefore consid- <br />ered and adjudged by the "lourt that Fractional Lot 5, in Block 5 in Ronnie Frae Addition to <br />Grand Island and Fractional Lot 5 in Fractional Block 22 in Wallichts Addition to grand Island <br />all in Hall "'Iciinty, Nebraska,, did pass to and become the property of Gustav Westphal., in fee, <br />at the death of Detlef Hinrich Christen, under the provisions of his last will and testament. <br />I <br />i <br />CI <br />
