LIT HOG RAPHI,AG.STATIONERY; OMAFid1 <br />twenty one years of age; that said deceased died seized of the following described real estate <br />situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lots Numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block <br />Fourteen (14), in the original town or village of Cairo, Nebraska, and the Southwest quarter <br />of Section Number Tv, enty -two (22 ), and the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section <br />Number Twenty -seven (27), all in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br />P.14., and that upon his death the above described real estate passed and descended in equal <br />shares to his above named children and heirs at law. <br />It is, therefore, by the Court ordered, <br />adjudged and decreed that the final report and account of said administrators be, and the same <br />hereby is, in all things approved and allowed; that the above described real estate, upon the <br />death of the said Julius C.Bishop, passed and descended by operation of law in equal shares <br />to the above named heirs at law of said deceased, and same is hereby awarded to them; that <br />unfiled claims against said estate are hereby forever barred and precluded and said estate is <br />hereby closed and upon the filing of the receipts for the final distribution of the personal <br />property remaining in their hands as shown by said report, said administrators will be dis- <br />charged and their bond released. <br />J.H.Mullin. <br />County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska <br />:Be. <br />Hall County. ( Now on this 16th day of September , 1913, said administrators in <br />the above entitled estate filed with this Court final receipts of distribution of all of the <br />personal property remaining in their hands from the heirs at law and others entitled tl,_ereto, <br />as directed under the orders of this Court and have deposited in this Court the amount due <br />to Herbert E.Bishop, being the sum of $741.18, and having complied with all of their duties <br />as administrators they are hereby discharged and their bond released. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />State of Nebraska <br />County Judge. <br />:ss. <br />Hall County.
