<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />Final Decree
<br />Julius C.Bishop, deceased.
<br />Now on this 10th day of July, A.D.1913, this cause came on to be heard upon the final
<br />I
<br />report and petition for settlement of Julius E.Bishop, Wellington E.Bishop and Elmer E.Bishop,
<br />administrators of said estate, and it appearing from the proofs on file herein that due and
<br />legal notice as provided by law and the orders of this Court had been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate of the filing of said report and no objections being made thereto
<br />I
<br />and upon examination of same the Court finds that said report is, in all respects, correct and
<br />should be allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that
<br />i
<br />due and legal notice as by law and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all
<br />creditors of said estate of the time and place for filing claims against said estate; that said
<br />time has expired; that all claims filed including the costs of administration, have been fully
<br />i
<br />paid by said aministrators and that all other debts or claims of said estate, if such exist,
<br />are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said administrators have ac^ou-
<br />nted.for all and singular of the personal property received by them and belonging to said estate)
<br />and have made distribution thereof as in said report set forth, among the heirs at law of said
<br />deceased and persons entitled to -receive same, except the sum of :x'741.18 being the distributive
<br />share due to Herbert E.Bishop, which amount said administrators have deposited and paid into
<br />Court, as by law provided, for the said Herbert E.Bishop and for his use on demand; that said
<br />I
<br />Herbert L.Bishop cannot be found by said administrators for the purpose of making said payment
<br />to him in person; that said administrators are, also, retaining the sum of $341.18 belonging to
<br />Harry F.Bishop, one of the heirs at law of said deceased, under an order of injunction issued i
<br />I
<br />against him in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, as shown in said report.
<br />The Court further finds that said Julius C.Bishop die;:, intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on Cctober 17th, 1912; that he left no widow surviving him, but did leave surviving him as his
<br />only heirs at law the following named persons: Herbert L.Bishop, Charles O.Bishop, Julius E.
<br />Bishop,Elmer E.Bishop, Wellington E.Bishop and Harry F.Bishop, his sons and all of t.-hom are overt
<br />
