After a full examination
thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved
and allowed; that the said administratrix has accounted for all of the estate which came into
her possession and that there remains nothing in her hands for distribution; that notice was
given to all creditors of the said Henry Sasser;, deceased, of the time allowed and place
appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time limited for filing claims has
fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and
satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed for payment, if any
such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore ordered and adjudged,
by the court that the report of Anna Sassen, administratrix of the estate of Henry Sassen,
deceased be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she
is discharged of her trust.
It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons
are forever barred, excluded and concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands agair-st
the estate of Henry Sassen, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Henry Sassen was at the time of his death the owner of the
following real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
n
The North half and the South West Quarter of the North Test Quarter of Section Thirty -four
(34), in Township Twelve (12), in Range Nine (9), west of the 6th P.M.
The Court finds that said
Henry Sassen departed this life, intestate, on the 23rd day of December, 1912, and that he left
surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
Thersea Sassen, his widow, and Anna Sasser;, Carrie Russell, Ida C.Hostler, Mary Sassen
Thresa Sassen, his daughters, and Edward Sateen and William Sasser his sons, and that under the
provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above mentioned and
described real estate did pass ana descend at his death in the manner following:
To Thersea Sassen, his widow, one - fourth part thereof in fee: To Anna Sassen, Carrie Russell,
Ida C.Hostler, Mary Sassen, Thresa Sassen, Edward Sassen and William Sassen, his children, three
- fourths part of said real estate in equal shares and in absolilte title, subject only to the
homestead rights of the said Thersea Sassen, his widow, in and to said real estate.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the North half and the S".W.4 of
the N.W.--L of Section ; 4, in Township 12, in Range 9 in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at
the death of Henry Sassen as follows: part thereof to Thersea Sassen, his widow: 3`4 part
thereof to Anna Sasser Carrie Russell, Ida C .Hostler, Mary Sassen, Thresa Sasen, Edward Sassen
and William Sassen, as tenants in co=on, being an undivided 3128 part to each of the children
11
1
1
1
