<br />The Court further finds that the said Paul W.Lahann was never married and
<br />left no issue surviving him and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his sole
<br />and only heirs at law Nick Lahann, a brother of Grand Island, Nebraska; Mary Politz and
<br />Margaretha Lueders, sisters, of Davenport, Iowa; Emma Klueber, a sister, of Lowden, Iowa;
<br />Meta Roehling Johnson, a niece, of Elbert, Colorado; Frida Roehling Bohlen and Minnie Roehling';l
<br />nieces, of Denver, Colorado; and Theodore Roehling, a nephew, of Portland, Oregon; the'last
<br />four named being daughters and a son of a deceased sister of the said Paul W.Lahann; and Otto
<br />Bch liidt, a nephew, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, the said Otto Schmidt being a son of Anna
<br />Schmidt, a deceased sister of the said Paul W.Lahann, both of said deceased sisters of the
<br />said Paul W.Lahann having departed this life before the death of the said Paul W.Lahann.
<br />The Court further finds that, upon the death of the said Paul W.Lahanr� the real estate
<br />.ereinbefore described did pass and descend by operation of law to the said IvTicic Lahann, Mary
<br />Politz, Margaretha Lueders, Emma Klueber. Meta Roehling Johnson, Frida Roehling Bohlen, Minnie
<br />Roehling, Theodore Roehling, and Cato Schmidt, in the following proportions:
<br />To Nick Lahann, Mary Politz, Margaretha Lueders, Emma Klueber ar_d Otto Schmidt each an
<br />undivided one sixth interest, and to Meta Roehling Johnsen, Frida Roehling Bohlen, Minnie
<br />0
<br />Roehling and Theodore Roehling, an undivided one sixth interest as tenants in common.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that, upon the death of the
<br />said Paul W.Lahann the real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend by operation
<br />of law and by absolute title as follows: An undivided one sixth each to Nick Lahanr� Mary
<br />Politz, Margaretha Lueders, Emma Klueber and Otto Schmidt, and an undivided one sixth to Frida
<br />Roehling Bohlen, Meta Roehling Johnson, Minnie Roehling and Theodore Roehling as tenants in
<br />connnaon .

<br />Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a
<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a
<br />Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in _is own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.
