<br />In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Paul W.Lahann, deceased.
<br />Now on this 25 day of August, 1913 this cause came on for hearing on the final
<br />report of Nick Lahanr> administrator of the estate of Paul W.Lahani> deceased and it appearing
<br />to the Court from the proofs on file that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report in the
<br />manner required by law and as provided by the order of the Court heretofore entered herein and
<br />the Court being dully advised in the promises, finds that said report is correct in all things
<br />and ought to be allowed as and for the final report of the said Nick Lahann, as administrator
<br />of the estate of Paul W.Lahanr� deceased, said administrator discharged and said estate closed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for the filing of claims against said estate and that the time so fixed
<br />has fully expired and that all claims against said estate not filed and presented to the Court,
<br />if any such there be, are fully barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and
<br />administrator of the estate of Paul W.Lahann,
<br />decreed that the final report of Nick Lahann,
<br />deceased, be and the same hereby is approved in all things, said administrator is discharged
<br />Od said estate is closed and all persons having claims against said estate not filed and
<br />presented to the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from presenting
<br />or setting up any claim against said estate.
