<br />The court finds further that the said Louise Lahann was, at the time of her death, the owner of

<br />at her death the said real estate did pass and descend by operation of law to the above named
<br />'heirs in seven equal undivided shares, that is to say.

<br />=W.Lahann, one share; to Mary Pollitz, one share; to Emma Kluever, one share; and to Meta Roehling
<br />;Theodor, Roehling, Frida Roehling and Minnie Roehling, one share, to have and to hold to them and
<br />their heirs and assigns forever in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the above mentioned and described real estate
